It’s Giving Season at Pointmarc, A Merkle Company

Bellevue, Wash. – This holiday season, Pointmarc, A Merkle Company, will be donating a total of $10,000 to local and national nonprofits on behalf of its clients as part of its annual giving program. “Three years ago, we started doing this versus the traditional corporate gift basket and found that it really resonated with our team and our clients,” said Mike Zell, VP of Strategy and Client Services. “The holidays can be so hard for a lot of people that it made sense to look for meaningful ways to give back as a company.” This year’s designated donation options include Code Fellows’ Diversity Scholarship Fund, Treehouse for Kids, and Mercy Corps Crisis Funds. In addition to the holiday donations on behalf of clients, Pointmarc employees also hosted a holiday drive on behalf of Childhaven. The entire company came together to collect enough donations support five families with both gifts and crucial household necessities through the holiday season.

If anyone was still confused about what enterprise marketers are focused on this year, the latest Forrester report (The Forrester Wave™: Customer Insights Services Providers, Q4 2015) clears up any lingering doubt. Merkle was named by Forrester as a “Leader” in Marketing Database Operations and “Strong Performer” in Customer Engagement Strategy. It also received the highest score for strategy across both categories.
